The Sea Wind organization consists of the investment company Sea Wind Holding AG in Vaduz, Liechtenstein and the project development companies Sea Wind Management GmbH in Hamburg, Germany and Sea Wind Polska sp. z o.o. in Gdynia, Poland.

Sea Wind Holding AG invests in the development and realization of wind energy projects with a particular focus on offshore wind energy. Long-term and sustainable investments in this field reflect the corporate philosophy “to invest on the right side of the global change”.  Through its shareholders, Sea Wind Holding AG can draw from the long-time core competence of the Kaiser Partner Group for the elaboration and implementation of participation models and financing.

Sea Wind Management GmbH and Sea Wind Polska sp. z o.o. conduct project development and project management of offshore wind farms in the North Sea and Baltic Sea. The teams of high potentials are responsible for all relevant approval processes up to construction readiness.  The expert teams can refer to the collective experience from projects realized and under development.  Project management and development starts in the early phase with the initiation and pre-evaluation of an offshore wind farm project and includes several steps including the technical design basis and the detailed planning up to the financing of the offshore wind farm.  The project teams’ long-term experience is in the fields of approval management, offshore geotechnics, foundation design, electrical engineering and offshore site management.  This experience, together with the personal maritime experience from offshore operations, the offshore wind energy market knowhow and business networks, represent the core competences of the Sea Wind team.
